This notice concerns only the information you choose to submit through the contact form.
Information you submit
The form includes your full name, company or brand, business email, optional phone number, project location, optional target programme and project brief.
Purpose of use
This information is used only to assess and answer the project enquiry and continue the related communication. It is not used for marketing lists, advertising, profiling or data sales.
Technical services
Form information is not stored in the website database. Cloudflare Turnstile performs bot verification, and Resend delivers the message to Suvar Group's recipient mailbox. These providers may process information only as technically necessary to provide their services.
Retention and requests
Messages are retained only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, continue the communication and, where applicable, manage the resulting business relationship. You may send an information or deletion request through the same contact form.
